How this Program Works

Each lesson in the International Automotive Training Institute programs consist of four elements:

  • An introductory video
  • A detailed training module, which plays as a video with an accompanying Audio track, which you can control for speed of reading and replay as often as you like.
  • Downloads including; Workbooks for you to work through and complete for your reference and Action Plans for implementation including suggested topics for discussion with your Manager.
  • A Quiz to test your knowledge.

Any training program is only as good as the participant’s willingness to take the ideas on board and make changes in their activities. So, the big question is…are you willing?

Many of the ideas will not be new. You need to ask yourself not whether the idea is new to you, but whether you might be able to USE that idea to create a better customer experience!
